Terms of service
AGREEMENT & REGULATIONS
By entering our digital space, you automatically consent to our terms of service. This document clearly defines the legal boundaries of our booking system, ticketing, merchandise regulations, and digital assets.
Contact: info@kayagroove.com
What implies my acceptance of these terms?
By browsing, purchasing tickets or merch, bidding in auctions, or initiating contact through kayagroove.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this set of terms and service conditions.
Who owns the intellectual property on this site?
All original audio cuts, musical previews, page designs, vector spiral logo configurations, code strings, custom graphics, and gallery photographs belong 100% to the Kaya Groove collective and are guarded under trademark laws.
What is your strict restriction on private family gatherings?
Kaya Groove focuses solely on niche electronic club sets, music festivals, and high-end corporate events. We contractually bar our brand from performing at weddings, baptisms, or similar family events under any circumstance.
Is there a minimum crowd capacity rule for club or corporate bookings?
Yes. To guarantee that our progressive Afro Tech sound ritual achieves its intentional aesthetic and energy, we only secure contracts for spaces, public events, or private corporate sessions drawing a minimum of 30-40 verified attendees.
Which communication channels validate a performance booking?
How are show tickets and access rights managed?
Tickets for events organized by Kaya Groove are sold on kayagroove.com and paid by card through MAIB. Each ticket has a unique QR code valid for a single entry; duplicated or resold codes are refused at the door. Tickets are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled or rescheduled, in which case the ticket value is refunded to the card used. For events where Kaya Groove only performs as an artist, ticketing is handled by the organizer or its partners.
What are the conditions surrounding limited "1 of 1 Unit" apparel?
All items inside our digital store drop are limited, unrepeatable single units. Purchasing a piece gives you physical ownership of that specific unit, but zero ownership rights to copy, reproduce, or monetize the graphics.
How do you process merchandise shipping and sizing claims?
Merch is sold on kayagroove.com by direct purchase or by auction and paid by card through MAIB. Items can be picked up at a Kaya Groove event or delivered by courier within Moldova. As every piece is unique, sizing should be checked before purchase; claims about a damaged or non-conforming item must be sent within 14 days to info@kayagroove.com together with the order number.
What happens if an event organizer breaks the Technical Stage Rider?
Promoters are bound to provide the exact technical setup (e.g., Pioneer CDJs/mixers) outlined in our Stage Rider. If the setup is inadequate, the artists reserve the right to cancel the set while retaining the financial booking deposit.
What are the limits of Kaya Groove’s online liability?
We cannot be held responsible for unexpected site server outages, digital lag from streaming platform nodes (Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Apple Music), or show alterations triggered by global force majeure situations.
Can show calendar details change without notice?
The data listed on our "Upcoming Events" calendar serves an informational purpose. While we strive to maintain a 100% accurate list, individual club hosts may adjust schedules. Final updates are cross-referenced on our Instagram page.
What behavior is deemed an illegal exploit of this platform?
It is forbidden to launch automated bot scripts, initiate DDoS data floods against our system, crawl pages for secure asset theft, or extract vector components from our trademark preloader animations.
Does Kaya Groove maintain the right to revise this document?
Yes. We reserve the absolute right to modify this Q&A terms document at any chosen point without issuing prior alerts. Continued use of our site automatically registers your full validation of the newly updated framework.
Under what legal jurisdiction does this platform operate?
Any structural disagreement, copyright dispute, or contract issue generated via internet interactions or booking communication through our channel will be handled according to international business trade laws.
How can I get quick clarification on business terms?
What rules apply to merch auctions?
A bid is a binding commitment to buy the item at the bid amount. Bidding requires a confirmed account. Bids placed in the final minutes extend the auction to keep it fair. The winner must pay through the secure payment link within the stated deadline; unpaid items may be offered to the next highest bidder and the account may be restricted from future auctions.
How is my personal data used for orders?
We use your name, email and phone only to deliver your tickets and orders, to contact you about the events you attend and — only if you opted in — to send news about events and drops. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account. Card data is processed exclusively by MAIB and never stored by Kaya Groove.
Alcoholic beverages (18+)
Kaya Groove sells alcoholic beverages (such as Kaya Premium Sparkling) only to persons aged 18 or over. Before paying for an order that contains alcohol, the buyer must confirm that they are at least 18 years old; without this confirmation the order cannot be placed.
By confirming, you declare that you have reached the legal age to buy alcohol and that you are buying it for yourself or another adult. At pickup or delivery we may ask for an ID; if the age cannot be confirmed, the alcohol is not handed over and the amount is refunded.
Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive, and do not consume alcohol during pregnancy.
